1.1 Billing Cycle.

Membership fees for the Art Spoon service and any other charges related to the use of the service (e.g., taxes, transaction fees, etc.) will be billed to the payment method registered on the 'Account' page on the billing date displayed. The billing cycle is determined based on the membership type selected by the member at the time of joining Art Spoon. There may be changes to the billing date in certain situations such as if the registered payment method fails to process correctly, if the paid membership begins on a date that does not exist in a specific month, or if a member changes their membership type. You can check the next billing date by going to the artspoon.io website and clicking on the 'Pricing' page.

1.2. Payment Method.

To use the Art Spoon service, you must provide at least one payment method. The member is responsible for any unpaid amounts. If a payment does not process successfully due to reasons such as expiration of the payment method, insufficient funds, etc., and the member does not cancel their account, the service may be restricted until billing has been successfully completed with a valid payment method. Some payment methods may incur additional fees, such as foreign transaction fees or other processing fees charged by the issuer. Local taxes may vary depending on the payment method used. Please check with your payment service provider for details.

1.3. Updating Payment Method.

Members can update their payment method by going to the 'Account' page. Art Spoon may also update the member's payment method using information provided by the payment service provider. By updating, the member authorizes Art Spoon to continue billing the updated payment method. The member authorizes Art Spoon to charge any other payment method linked to their account if the primary payment method is declined or can no longer be used for the membership fee payment.

1.4. Cancellation.

Members can cancel their Art Spoon membership at any time, and they will continue to have access to the Art Spoon service until the end of the current billing cycle. Except for cancellations meeting the requirements set out in 1.5 and obligations to refund due to Art Spoon's intentional or negligent acts, no refunds or credits will be provided for periods the membership was not used or for unused Art Spoon content. To cancel the membership, go to the 'Account' page and follow the instructions for cancellation. If you cancel, your account will automatically close at the end of your current billing cycle. However, if you request cancellation under the terms of 1.5, your account will close immediately. The exact time when your account closes can be found by clicking 'Billing Details' on the 'Account' page. If a member has used a third-party account as a payment method to join Art Spoon, cancellation may need to be processed through that third party (for example, by accessing the third-party account to disable auto-renewal or cancelling the Art Spoon service membership through them).

1.5. Requesting a Refund.

If a member cancels their Art Spoon membership within 7 days from the billing date and has not used Art Spoon with that account during that time, they can request a full refund of the membership fees charged for that billing cycle.

Refunds requested after 7 days from the billing date will be prorated based on the number of days the service was used. The monthly basis is 30 days, and the amount is calculated by dividing the monthly fee by 30.

1.6. Fees and Membership Changes.

Art Spoon reserves the right to change the service fees and memberships. Art Spoon will notify members of any changes to service fees and memberships, including the effective date, and obtain their consent. If members do not agree with the changes, they can cancel their Art Spoon membership.
